At GreenBioNourish, our mission is to improve global nutrition through sustainable, high-bioavailable  food fortification.


Our proprietary technology delivers health-promoting nutrients directly into everyday food and beverages.

BoostNCaps protects the active ingredient, enhances absorption of the nutrient in the gut, and is built on circularity, using food industry byproducts.

GreenBioNourish is a spin off Malmö University in Sweden, cofounded by Rita Del Giudice, Marité Cárdenas and Anja Leissner.

GreenBioNourish is an early-stage startup developing innovative and sustainable food-tech solutions.

We are looking for a technical collaborator interested in growing into a partner-level role and helping shape our R&D direction.

You might be a fit if you have:

  • Background in food science, biotech, chemistry, or related field
  • Documented experience in formulation science
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building from an early stage

This starts as a flexible collaboration and may evolve into a deeper long-term role depending on mutual fit.

Internship Opportunity – R&D / Lab Assistant

GreenBioNourish is an early-stage startup developing innovative and sustainable food-tech solutions.

We are looking for an intern who wants real hands-on experience in startup R&D.

You will:

  • Support lab work and experiments
  • Assist with formulation trials and testing
  • Help with data recording and organization

You are:

  • A student or recent graduate in food science, biotech, chemistry, or similar
  • Careful, curious, and eager to learn

📍 Location:  Malmö-Lund area (Sweden) or in the great Bilbao region (Spain).
